Cancellation Policy:
- Initial Consultation: If you decide to cancel your initial consultation with Primex Immigration LLP, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In such cases, we will refund the consultation fee in full.
- Application Process: Once you have engaged our services and the application process has commenced, cancellation may not be possible as we invest significant time and effort in preparing and submitting your application. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific circumstances.
Refund Policy:
- Consultation Fees: If you have paid a consultation fee but did not receive the consultation, either due to cancellation on your part or due to a failure on our part, we will provide a full refund of the consultation fee.
- Application Fees: The immigration process involves various government fees, which are non-refundable once paid to the respective authorities. Primex Immigration LLP will not be able to refund any government fees paid on your behalf.
- Professional Service Fees: Our professional service fees are based on the services rendered and the work performed up until the cancellation request. Depending on the stage of your application and the amount of work completed, we may provide a partial refund after deducting the applicable charges for the services rendered. Please note that we reserve the right to retain a reasonable amount to cover our costs and efforts in assisting you up to the point of cancellation.
- Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written cancellation request, clearly stating the reason for the cancellation. The request should be sent to our customer support team within a reasonable time frame. We will review the request and notify you of the refund amount, if applicable, within a reasonable period.
Discretionary Circumstances:
In certain circumstances, such as fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of our terms of service, Primex Immigration LLP reserves the right to deny a refund or cancel services without prior notice.
Please note that this refund and cancellation policy is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to our clients in advance.
The technical evaluation fees, Interview Fees, visa filing fees paid to Primex Immigration LLP is Non-Refundable.
All payments be drawn by cheque or Draft in favor of “Prime Immigration LLP”
We are Consultant and do not undertake any VISA/Job Assurance
No refund shall be granted on withdrawal cases or if file goes on hold. The consultant shall not be liable for any delay on part of Govt. Authorities and Foreign Embassies.
If the case gets rejected due to Criminal or Respective Country national security reasons there will be No Refund
